"Chaobell" is pronounced the same way as the ringy thingy that goes around a cow's neck. It is a silly Discordian pun. It was even worse way back when it was "Chaobelle." FYI, there actually is a great big bell in China called the Chao Bell. It's true. Google said so. I didn't find this out until about a year after I'd taken the nick.
